In going through old folders and files some forgotten work/images have been recalled, and will be featured in the next few postings.

         

Untitled ceramic form. 21"(l)x4"(w). 2010.

White stoneware (Max’s Raku clay/Axner) Press molded. Interior-poured red terra sigilatta; exterior-white terra sigilatta brushed; burnished. 06 bisque; masking tape resist; covered with slurry; pit-fired in garbage can with sawdust, shredded paper and woodchips.

 Although not long ago, the following piece was submitted to the ICMEA Emerging Artist Competition (2010) & made it through the first round of judging.
